Nia, originally from the East Coast, has resided in Tucson for three decades. She holds a B.F.A. in photography, complemented by minors in ceramics and art history. With a teaching career spanning twenty-five years, Nia began in early childhood education before becoming an art teacher in private schools. She now instructs at Tucson Art Coop, where she's passionate about helping students of every age discover their creative voice.
