Would you like to work at your own pace? A Tucson Art Coop membership enables the continuous production of work without the long-term commitment and expense of a private studio.
Members commit to a minimum 3-month rental, paying first and last month’s rent up front.
Membership tiers
- Outdoor Membership at School Studio: $75 per month
- Indoor Membership at Member Studio: $95 per month
- Private Studio at Member Studio: $200 per month
- Snowbird Special: $125 for one month
Studio Monitor Positions
Studio Monitors have the opportunity to trade volunteer time for membership dues. Prior work-study or studio experience is required, and the studio manager must approve you.
Monitors commit to a minimum of 6 months. Volunteer work of 6 hours per week or 24 hours per month is required. Tasks vary based on experience and the needs of the studio.
Work Study Positions
Work Study Students have the opportunity to trade volunteer time for free tuition and free practice hours. Beginners are welcome — we will train you. The minimum commitment is 8 weeks. Volunteers work 3 hours per week or 24 hours over 2 months. Tasks vary based on the needs of the studio.
